Mayor's Biography

Tolga Değirmenci currently serves as the District Governor of Gülşehir. He was appointed to this position by the Ministry of Interior of Turkey on October 16, 2025, and officially assumed office on October 23, 2025.

Originally from İncesu, Kayseri, Değirmenci joined the 110th Term District Governor Candidacy Program in 2022. As part of his professional training, he completed his initial internship in Siverek, followed by a district governorship assistantship internship in Narlıdere. After successfully completing his training and internship period, he was appointed as District Governor of Gülşehir as his first official post.

Throughout his career, Değirmenci has prioritized efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented public administration. He aims to contribute to the social, cultural, and economic development of the district through close cooperation with local institutions and the community.
