An important step has been taken by the Karacaşar Municipality to update the zoning plan that has been hindering efforts to strengthen our town’s infrastructure, relocate natural gas and electricity lines underground, and implement comprehensive infrastructure renewal works, along with making the necessary arrangements.

Within this scope, the first phase of these works, the Zoning Plan Revision Project, was put out to tender on 14.11.2025 under tender number 2025/1895988. Following the completion of the tender process, a contract has been signed with the contractor company.
